Co-founders Emilia Teo and Terence Teo have extensive experience in real estate development and investment in Asia having held Executive Director positions in Tong Eng Group through a combined 25 years with the Group. Tong Eng Group is a Singapore based developer with 70 years of history developing and investing in real estate. The Group has developed 200 acres of land in Singapore, encompassing office, retail, landed housing and apartments.

Recent notable developments with Tong Eng Group which the co-founders have had significant involvement with includes residential developments such as the Belgravia series of strata landed development comprising more than 800,000 sqft of land which is a part of the Group’s landbank in Singapore’s Ang Mo Kio district, and 350,000 sqft of commercial developments such as ARC380 and Centrium Square in the city fringe of Singapore. The co-founders were also instrumental in developing the Group’s Australia strategy and transacted c. A$800 million of residential and commercial transactions in Australia.

In 2019, Terence and Emilia initiated and co-founded TE Capital Partners a real estate investment and development management firm focusing on APAC markets. Key markets that the firm is invested in are Singapore, Australia and Japan.
