JAPAN (October 18, 2022) —Tokyo based asset manager, Tokyo Trust Capital, announced today that it has on 14 October 2022, entered into agreements to acquire two portfolios of prime Tokyo multifamily residential assets at a value greater than USD100 million, on behalf of a Singapore-based family office.
